I am a growth focused entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience being self-employed, building, scaling, and supporting my family business from the inside out. After building and selling our family business, I went on to lead marketing and growth initiatives for a fast-growing organization and now partner with companies to clarify their brand, strengthen their strategies, and scale with confidence through RM Studio. I believe strongly in the power of positivity, teamwork, and meaningful connections, and I bring that mindset into everything I do. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two boys, cheering on their sports, and finding ways to make each day a little brighter for the people around me.

I have years of experience in marketing, brand storytelling, and creative strategy, with a passion for taking ideas and turning them into real, impactful brands. With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, I specialize in transforming concepts into clear, compelling narratives that connect with the right audience. I love collaborating with businesses to bring ideas to life, shape their voice, and create work that feels intentional, authentic, and built to last. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, and finding new ways to stay creatively inspired.
