I am a growth focused entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience being self-employed, building, scaling, and supporting my family business from the inside out. After building and selling our family business, I went on to lead marketing and growth initiatives for a fast-growing organization and now partner with companies to clarify their brand, strengthen their strategies, and scale with confidence through RM Studio. I believe strongly in the power of positivity, teamwork, and meaningful connections, and I bring that mindset into everything I do. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two boys, cheering on their sports, and finding ways to make each day a little brighter for the people around me.

I’ve spent the last few years working in marketing, brand storytelling, and creative strategy, and I genuinely love what I do. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Marketing, and that foundation, combined with hands-on experience, has shaped how I approach every project. I focus on turning ideas into stories that actually connect with the right audience. Collaboration is a big part of why I enjoy this work so much. Working alongside passionate businesses to bring their vision to life and seeing everything click into place never gets old. Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, reading, or finding new ways to stay inspired.
